Thank you all for bearing with me these last ten days!

For those of you who didn’t know and/or have been wondering why I’ve been so slow in getting news out — I’ve been gone these last ten days on a family vacation to Alaska!  We just arrived home a few hours ago, actually.

Wow, what an absolutely beautiful land!  It was so, so nice to kick back, relax and enjoy nature.  Definitely something that I’ve needed for awhile, I’ll tell you that.  :)  While I did miss getting to be one of the first people to spill all of the glorious Once news that came out this past week, I enjoyed my time spent with my family.  We did various things like tour a glacier, drive up to the snow-capped mountains and have a snowball fight, climb rocks in a rushing river, take an ATV tour up the mountain, view wildlife and take a 7 hour rafting trip down a river.  If anyone is considering Alaska as their next choice destination, I would give you a hearty push in that direction!  It’s on the cool side for those heat-lovers like myself, but it is totally, completely worth it.

Now that I’m back home, I’m planning on getting back into the swing of things.  You guys can expect any twitter activity to finally be posted again when I see things spring up.  We’ve only got 15 more days until the season two premiere, folks!  Also, I’m going to start working on the beginnings of a potential StorybrookeMirror website.  Stay tuned!

(Oh, by the way, I did see the wildlife I wanted to see in Alaska:

My mom, sisters and I were on foot when we saw the Moose. I was actually 5 feet away from it before I noticed him and backed off. Haha.  Unfortunately the pictures didn’t turn out because it was dark.  The bear was seen on our 7 hour raft trip. We were around 50 feet away, but my oh my was that ever COOL to see him in his natural habitat!)
